이 과목은 문화의 의미와 역할 등 문화의 기초 개념들을 이해하고 한국의 전통문화와 관련된 광범위한 지식을 배우는 교과목이다. 한국의 문학, 역사, 사상, 종교 등을 통해 한국인의 가치관을 배운다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of basic concepts of culture such as meaning and role of culture, and to teach a wide range of knowledge related to Korean traditional culture. In this course, students learn Korean values through Korean literature, history, thought, and religion. Through these, students will also learn about the living culture of Koreans, such as seasonal customs, play culture, and traditional etiquette. We organize lessons not only for Korean students who want to teach foreigners but also foreign students to explain and educate our traditional culture.
